Cars wrapped around the building and the restaurant overflowed with customers as the city’s first Chick-fil-A location opened on Wednesday.
“We love Chick-fil-A, so we were pretty excited,” (to hear they were opening) said Serenity Cabral of Fall River, who came to the grand opening with a friend. “Their shakes are the best.”
The new restaurant is located at 700 William S. Canning Blvd., in the SouthCoast Marketplace shopping center, near the Market Basket and Picture Show movie theater.
