“I’m excited,” Reyes, 30, said, when asked about the impending sale of the Second Street landmark to a 36-year-old Richmond, Virginia, entrepreneur named Lance Zaal.
The Fall River native says he’s worked nearly nine years for owner Donald Woods and is now the full-time assistant manager of both the bed and breakfast and its separate gift shop — the latter of which is located in a smaller building behind what’s sometimes referred to as “the murder house.”
